Roots of Empathy Program

Barkers Point is looking for a parent and baby (between 2-4 months) who would be interested in visiting one of our classes 9 times over the school year to take part in the Roots of Empathy Program. For fall 2012 we are asking for $45 from each student to cover the cost of school supplies. Students will need to bring indoor sneakers, book bag, and a lunch bag.

Family Picnic

Our annual Family Picnic is Tuesday, June 19 beginning at 11:30. You may meet your child on the playground beginning at 11:30. Home & School will once again be offering a BBQ during this time. We look forward to seeing you.

LAST CHANCE FOR LOST AND FOUND

Our lost and found has grown to two bins. This is the last week to find your lost hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets or other clothing items that you might be missing. The bins are located just inside the office. A video had been posted a few weeks ago if you would like to check it out. Stop by and have a look.

YOUNG LEADERS - THURSDAY, JUNE 14th

Thursday, June 14th is our Young Leaders celebration day at Old Government House on the Woodstock Road. Parents are asked to bring a blanket or lawn chair as there is limited seating. If it is raining, the event moves to the main gym at Fredericton High School. Limit of two adults per family please. See you at noon!

K - 2 FIELD DAY
